UPDATE (10-08-23): SADLY THIS BAND WILL LIKELY NEVER PERFORM TOGETHER AGAIN. I ENJOYED PLAYING THIS ONE SHOW AND WILL KEEP MY FINGERS CROSSED FOR A FUTURE PERFORMANCE.

It took just two and a half hours of practice for Paul Kechejian (drums), Keith Lenn (bass), Jimmy Palmer (guitar), and Mike Fasano (vocals), also known as Sir Real, to prepare for their first gig to take place the next night, January 30, 2016 at Ole Ole in Suffern, NY. Sure, the band played some of the songs they rehearsed the previous evening... songs by Black Sabbath, Queensryche, Stone Temple Pilots, The Police, Tom Petty, The Who, Tears For Fears, Foreigner, The Doobie Brothers... you get the idea. And then there were the songs played by the band that were not rehearsed... and played flawlessly... songs from Cream, Fleetwood Mac, Poison, Stealer's Wheel, Alice In Chains, Lynyrd Skynyrd... and then sometime after 1:00 a.m. a Zeppelin concert broke out... Heartbreaker, Rock And Roll, Babe I'm Gonna' Leave You, Whole Lotta Love... The crowd was smokin' hot and so was the band. Something special happened that evening to the Rockland County music scene. It got better. The envelope was pushed a bit further. Expectations were heightened. There were moments of brilliance and there were mistakes. But there are no apologies in rock and roll and Sir Real is the real deal. The band is insanely talented and this first chapter of the story is, well, only the first...

Yeah, the picture is a little fuzzy, but there are no apologies in rock and roll...
