It's one of the most epic shows Losing Our Faculties has ever played! It was familiar territory for LOF as we tore the roof off of the Set Back Inn in Tarrytown, NY. Fun fact: The Setback Inn was the first venue outside of the school we work at where we played a gig close to a decade ago... Fast forward many years later... last night was special - such an amazing crowd, packed from the door to the edge of the bar, LOF smashed and hammered, making new friends, new fans, forever setting the bar higher than it has ever been for any band looking to play at the Set Back Inn... the band was curiously amazing... we were on fire all night... the little mistakes that happen in a live performance were there, but they were so minor... the enthusiasm the band had covered them, made us look human even though we felt superhuman that night! ... two new songs introduced... Crazy On You by Heart and Callin' Baton Rouge by Garth Brooks... a rendition of Iron Maiden's The Trooper... opening the third set with back to back AC/DC songs Thunderstruck and It's A Long Way To The Top (If You Want To Rock And Roll)... we had never done that before and it was an "audible" called by the band... And then the show was over and we were sad... we realized that our next time on stage together will not be until January 11th at Tarrytown Music Hall for the annual Sleepy Hollow Performing Arts Boosters...
